The College Internship Program (CIP) is one of the most comprehensive transition programs in the world offering individualized academic, social, career and life skills support for young adults with Learning Differences. Our Mission is to inspire independence and expand the foundation on which young adults on the Autism Spectrum, ADHD and other Learning Differences can build happy and productive lives.

Our CIP Brevard Center location in Melbourne, Florida is seeking a full-time Admissions Coordinator. This position works closely with the site Director, National Office and national admissions team. The Admissions Coordinator creates and maintains relationships with prospective students and their families, as well as develops strong relationships with related professionals.

This is an excellent position for a high impact individual who is self-driven, likes to travel, is goal-driven, and has a passion for helping eligible families find success in their journey toward college, employment, and independent living.

Core Duties and Responsibilities:

Attract, assess, and enroll qualified students in order to maintain and grow enrollment of year-round program and summer programs.

Maintain timely and accurate records of all communication within our awesome CRM

Be an ambassador for our companies brand and participate in marketing activities

Assess prospective candidates, assuring the involvement of all appropriate staff.

Handhold qualified families from the inquiry stage through the application and contracting process

Plan, promote, and conduct interviews, tours, and other events

Speak for and represent CIP at conferences, parent groups, and other events across the US.

Conduct marketing and recruitment research to increase the volume of inquiries and professional referral sources.

Design and implement recruitment activities in target regions

Education, Skills and Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree or higher in related field

At least two years related admissions, sales, special education, or relationship management experience

Experience conducting outreach activities at the higher education level desired

Experience in marketing, sales, and/or international admissions helpful

Experience in the field of autism and/or learning disabilities preferred

Excellent collaboration, communication, problem-solving, planning, prioritizing, influencing, and organizational skills

Proficient with technology including CRMs and Google Apps

Occasional nights and weekend hours are required

20% +/- in and out of state travel is required for this position
