Job Description:

+ Serve as Human Resources Business Partner(HRBP) supporting the Military Aircraft Systems (MAS) Division Eastern Region for Aerospace Systems

+ Partner with key executives to deliver HR services to assigned portfolio of clients

+ Work with a variety of business leaders and members of HR leadership to drive core HR processes and initiatives

Background and experience:

+ Strong technical competence acrossone or more HRdisciplines:

+ Compensation

+ Staffing/Talent Acquisition

+ Leadership Development

+ Talent Management

+ Organization Design/Development

+ Employee Relations

+ Learning

+ Ability to drive HR initiatives (can start with a blank sheet, design a plan/program/process and execute)

+ Process orientation to HR work

+ Strong relationship building skills; proven track record of building collaborative partnerships as the basis for being able to influence direction and drive change

+ Strong consulting skills; able to dissect the root cause or core problem to solve and bring appropriate solutions and resources to bear

+ Deep talent mindset coupled with practical experience in driving leader development and succession planning strategies/processes

+ Proven track record of being able to assess, diagnose and design creative and innovate organizational solutions

+ Strong analytical skills; able to translate business strategy into implications for workforce (hiring, shaping, etc.)

+ Strategic thinking ⤠sees the big picture and connects the dots; also dives into the details as necessary

**Basic Qualifications:**

+ Bachelor‚§(TM)s degree required

+ 10ormoreyears of Human Resources Business Partner experience; or 8 years with a Master's degree

+ Overall systems savvy with HRIS (preferably PeopleSoft and Taleo), and intermediate to advanced proficiency with MS Excel and MS PowerPoint

+ Ability to travel 10-20% of time

+ Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance

**Preferred Qualifications:**

Secret Clearance strongly preferred
