Job Description:**

This position is responsible for the sourcing and placement of new hire exempt and nonexempt employees for the Corporate Headquarters Functions. The ability to develop strong communication channels with internal and external clients is crucial to success in this position. To achieve this, the right individual must provide "World Class Service" to candidates and internal clients, acting with the greatest amount of professionalism and expressing the highest sense of urgency. This position requires recruitment of all levels of talent, spanning multiple skill bases.

In this position, you will be responsible for:

+ The entire recruitment cycle including requisition creation/management

+ Innovative candidate sourcing through the use of all available methods

+ Maintaining an organized pipeline of active, viable candidates in each functional area assigned

+ Facilitation of the screening, interviewing and selection process

+ Offer negotiations

+ Ongoing communications with managers and candidates

+ Proactive tracking of progress using an applicant tracking system (PeopleFluent)

+ Provide HR Staffing metrics and education for key stakeholders and business leaders to foster awareness, progress, and information sharing to achieve hiring goals

+ Develop and manage a multi-pronged talent acquisition strategy to ensure a diverse candidate pipeline.

+ Fulfillment of assigned recruiting responsibilities in a timely manner


+ BA or BS degree with a minimum of 10 years of experience recruiting for high-tech Information Technology, Cybersecurity and Engineering professionals

+ Prior experience with OFCCP and other recruiting related compliance is required

+ Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems

+ Strong PC skills, including MS Office (Word/Excel)

**Additional Preferred Skills:**

+ Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership capacity, managing recruiters

+ Positive attitude and a team player

+ Proven ability to source and surface candidates

+ Experience using PeopleFluent for applicant tracking

+ Proven ability to technically evaluate/screen candidates

+ Excellent organizational and communication (written & verbal) skills

+ Customer service, business professional oriented person

+ Self-directed team player, willing to take initiative and drive items to closure

+ Demonstrated coordination, tracking, organization and time management skills

+ Ability to multi-task and stay on top of many projects, is a must

+ Internet savvyHR Generalist experience
